PhotoGearHub partners with trusted express couriers to guarantee quick and reliable delivery. Couriers are selected based on the destination region and the type of product being shipped.

  • Shipping costs indicated in the "Countries & Costs" section are approximate estimates and may vary depending on the size, weight, and quantity of products in your order.
  • Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping is available to the following countries. Please note that the shipping costs below are starting estimates and may increase based on the final weight of the package.

Shipping is Free from 69.99€ for order in European Union (EU)

Shipping is Free from 129.99€ for order in Non-EU Countires

Important: Shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart before payment confirmation. 

 ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed 24/7 and prepared for shipment in our warehouse between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
  • For first-time customers, additional time may be required for verification purposes, which may slightly delay processing.
  • Once an order is paid for and entered into our system, modifications may not be possible due to automated processing.

 

 DELIVERY TIMES

  • Slovenia: Delivery within 2–3 working days.
  • Rest of the EU: Delivery within 3–7 working days.
  • Worldwide (Non-EU): Delivery within 7–10 working days (excluding customs delays).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays or unforeseen delays in the destination country.

 

 DUTIES AND TAXES

Within the European Union (EU)

  • There are no additional taxes or duties for shipments to EU countries. The total cost displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes.

Outside the European Union (Non-EU)

  • Shipments to non-EU destinations, including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and others, may incur import taxes, duties, and fees.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authorities.
  • PhotoGearHub is not responsible for these charges, which are calculated and imposed by the destination country.

Customs Clearance

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and paying any applicable taxes to ensure their packages clear customs.
  • If a package is not cleared through customs and returned to our warehouse, the cost of return shipping and any related fees may be deducted from the refund.

  • If you return an item and request an exchange, please be aware that the replacement shipment may also be subject to import taxes or duties imposed by the customs authorities in your country.
